Sii Poland is titled for the 8th time The Great Place to Work!

Eight years in a row, Sii Poland has been included in the ranking of The Best Workplace in Poland published by the Great Place to Work Institute. With 7 000 people on board, it’s a great achievement. Every year Sii increases their participation and improves their result, proving that it’s the best place for work, development, and fun.

The first Great Place to Work Award went to us in 2015. This year we were awarded one of The Best Workplace in Poland for the eighth time with more than three times larger team. At this year’s edition, we came third in the category of large companies with more than 500 employees! In addition, we were once again awarded the title of Best Workplaces for Millennials.

– The Great Place to Work title is a joint effort of over 7 000 Power People. I would like to thank all of them for building such a unique workplace. We should all feel very proud of this achievement as Workers’ satisfaction is the third of our five strategic objectives. With our fast growth pace, the atmosphere and the spirit remain great, which is confirmed by our GPtW results improvement each year. But the most important part is the feedback from the survey, which points us in the right direction about what we need to work on – says Gregoire Nitot, Sii Poland founder and CEO.

The most important aspect of the Great Place to Work study is the trust index, which is created by anonymous employee surveys. The indicator is 2/3 of the overall assessment of the company. Each respondent refers to credibility, respect, honesty, pride, and companionship in the company.

This year’s survey showed that with a 10 percentage point increase in turnout, we improved on the already high result in all five aspects. In addition, 90% of the employees said Sii is a great place to work and 95% believe it has a good atmosphere.

This year Sii has been awarded the Great Place to Work competition for the eighth time in a row – says Joanna Kucharska, Chief Human Resources Officer at Sii Poland. The prestigious third place in the competition is a great honor for us – for me, it’s a reason to be proud and a motivation to make further changes and improvements. For us, as for many other organizations, the past few years have been unusual and full of surprises. I am even more pleased about the reliance and sympathy shown to us by the people who make up Sii, which are reflected in the results of the competition for The Best Workplaces in Poland – she adds.

In addition to a transparent audit of employee satisfaction, participation in the study is an ideal tool for understanding the people who are a part of a company. Every opinion is important. By carefully analyzing the survey results, conclusions are drawn, and improvements are made in the organization. Many of the initiatives offered at Sii are the result of the reported needs of the employees, among others: the volunteer program, the Passion Sponsorship Program, and the internal application Job Changer, which allows you to develop your career or change your project without saying goodbye to the company.

The remaining 1/3 of the evaluation is a Culture Audit, i. e. an analysis of the internal HR processes, methods, and habits in the company.

Other awards among The Best Workplace in Poland include 3M Service Center EMEA, Objectivity, EPAM Systems, Akamai Technologies, Cisco, and DHL Parcel.
