Sii Poland was awarded the title of Great Place to Work for the 9th time!

In this year’s edition of the Great Place to Work Institute survey, Sii Poland was ranked for the 9th time. And this can only mean one thing – once again Sii proved that it is the Best Place to Work in Poland. Thanks to the votes of our Power People, we took 2nd place in this year’s ranking. With a record number of almost 8 000 employees on board, the success is even more gratifying, giving a strong boost of motivation to not slow down

The Great Place to Work award is one of the most prestigious awards a company can receive. Why? Because it is the employees themselves who evaluate and reward their company.

With its presence in the ranking, taking 2nd place in the category of large companies (over 500 employees), Sii Poland proves once again that it is an excellent and friendly place to work. With a record number of employees, currently amounting to almost 8 000 Power People, it is safe to say that the win is a huge success for Sii Poland, which fills us with pride and joy.

Great Place to Work certification and the title

The Great Place to Work title recognizes companies that provide unique working conditions for their employees. The entire process of awarding the titles consists of the following two stages:

• conducting anonymous Trust Index™ surveys among employees
• completing the Culture Audit™ questionnaire, in which companies present their programs and people management practices.

The entire survey takes into account the opinions of employees themselves and the Institute’s independent analysis, so the certification enables job seekers to identify companies that truly provide an outstanding organizational culture.

What’s more, this prestigious award gives employers an advantage when recruiting, being a globally recognized and research-backed verification of excellent employee experience.

The Best Place to Work – and more!

Sii Poland is not only a unique place to work. Our workers have the opportunity to pursue and develop their hobbies as part of the Passion Sponsorship Program, for which PLN 500 000 is allocated annually. In the past fiscal year, thanks to the employer’s financing, we managed to implement a total of 21 great projects, fulfilling the dreams of Power People.

The term “the sky is the limit” is not enough for us. In 2022, almost 1 400 Sii Poland employees took part in the “Space Challenge“, covering over 400 000 kilometers together, i.e. further than to the moon. In turn, Aleks, a Software Engineer from the Embedded Competence Center, launched a balloon designed by himself into the sky, reaching the stratosphere. And these are just some of the amazing projects carried out as part of the Passion Sponsorship Program!

Our employees also have the opportunity to help others – and they do it very willingly. In the past fiscal year, there were as many as 200 volunteers on board of the Sii Power Volunteers Program! For us, this is another reason to be proud and undoubtedly an attitude worth following.
