The Sii crew in Gdańsk has exceeded 400 people

The Gdańsk Sii Branch is one of the most dynamically developing employers in Pomerania. Furthermore, the firm is an employer that is not only expanding and financially stable, but also highly regarded by its employees, which is confirmed by all-Poland studies. In the last survey done by Computerworld Sii gained the title of Best IT Workplace in Poland 2012. In May 2013 it was also among 50 best IT employers in Poland in the TOP 50 “IDEAL EMPLOYER” 2013 Student Survey study (spontaneously  chosen).

Our employees are the greatest capital in Sii. – says Michael Desmurs, Director of Sii Gdańsk. – Services provided by our firm are based on individuals, their competence and knowledge, therefore we look after our employees – the mission of Sii is indentifying and promoting the best. Our objective is ,among others, developing the business and acquiring new, interesting projects, so engineers at Sii could develop, also with gain for our clients.

Sii in Gdańsk conducts a series of technologically advanced projects for global giants from the following sectors: Hi-Tech, industrial, banking and insurance. Last year the firm also started  cooperation with, among others, the automotive sector in the field of industrial engineering. Currently it also carries out intensive sales activities abroad: in Scandinavia, Germany and USA.

The Sii firm in Poland is ranked number 15th in Europe’s 500 – most dynamic growing private entrepreneurships in Europe, and is one of two Polish companies  included in the ranking. Research is done cyclically under patronage of the European parliament.
