At the end of the first quarter of 2019, Sii Poland exceeded the number of 4 000 specialists, who carry out projects in 12 branches. Sii Poland is often referred to as the fastest growing IT and engineering services provider in Poland, which is confirmed by the fact that employment growth consistently remains at around 25% annually, 4 out of 12 branches have been opened in the last 12 months, and the financial results exceed the boldly set targets.
Last year at Sii was a period of rapid development, with an increase in revenues of 30% and exceeding the income target at PLN 670 million. Moreover, with the further expansion of the company’s offer with new competences, another specialized units were opened for SAP and Embedded experts. One of the most crucial investments was also the opening of Sii Sweden, subordinate to Sii Poland, which is related to the implementation of the company’s strategy of broad cooperation with the Scandinavian countries. In addition, eight existing branches located in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Wrocław, Poznań, Kraków, Łódź, Lublin and Katowice have been joined by four new ones: in Rzeszów, Częstochowa, Piła and Bydgoszcz.
Moreover, at the beginning of April Sii Poland has exceeded the number of 4 000 people. – We can be very proud of this achievement, but at the same time it is a great motivation to increase our development pace. We are constantly looking for possibilities of further growth by expanding the scope of our offer with new competences. I am convinced that soon we will have a reason to celebrate another milestone achievement – says Gregoire Nitot, founder and CEO of Sii Poland.
The recruitment is the key process for such dynamic development of employment. – Our Recruitment Department currently consists of 70 specialists who hold around 900 meetings with candidates monthly. Every month we start cooperation with about 140 people.
