Reportage about Sii prizes – Managers Weekend 2015
During the last Sii Managers Weekend, our annual event for managers from all over Poland, Gregoire Nitot, the CEO, and other executives from Sii’s headquarters responsible for particular areas of activity, as always handed out special awards.
Just like last year, there was an award for the best execution of Sii’s mission statement, which reads: “Power People – identifying and promoting the best!” This year’s award was given to Magdalena Trąbka, Director of the Administration Department at Sii Gdańsk. Over the last year, the best members of her team have been successfully promoted.
Following analysis of all recruitment factors, performance of teams, as well as involvement in development of the SiiRM system, the award for the best recruitment department went to Sii Gdańsk.
That same department took home the best recruiter award for the superb results achieved by Barbara Piekarska of Sii Gdańsk.
Individual branches were awarded for best Employer Branding activities. In this category, the Warsaw branch received an honorable mention for their Summer Academy of Talents – a summer internship program for students. The main award in the field of Employer Branding was given to the branch in Gdańsk – for all activities conducted throughout the year.
Another annual award is the title of the best administration department. In 2015, it was given to the Administration Department in Wrocław – for total achievement, results and commitment to the improvement of the implemented Dynamics AX system.
Among the well-evaluated projects submitted by Sii in the last year, one was acknowledged with the title of the best implemented project. This award was given to the e-KRK project implemented for the Ministry of Justice, executed for the public sector.
Award for the best sales results in the previous year was received by Damian Kyć, Business Unit Director at Sii Wrocław.
Each year, we also award the best client of Sii for dynamic development, expanding cooperation models and good prospects for growth. This year, out of eight nominees, the title was given to the Business Unit pursuing cooperation with Sii at Sabre Kraków.
One of the most important titles awarded by Gregoire Nitot is the title of the Most Valuable Person at Sii. In 2015, this title was awarded to Tomasz Klamrowski, Service Delivery Director at Sii Gdańsk, who implements projects for one of Sii’s key Clients in the Hi-tech industry and manages over 200-person team.
Each year, the most awaited award is the title of the best branch of Sii in Poland. This year, it was awarded to the branch in Gdańsk, who also had the pleasure of receiving it two years ago.
