Scrum Product Owner

The training was created for Product Owners. Acquired knowledge allows participants to effectively manage the increase in the value of developed software, learn about modern methods of monitoring work progress, collection and management of requirements, and many more. In addition, the training prepares participants for the PSMO I exam.


Acquisition by the participants of skills related to planning iterations and releases, gathering requirements and evaluation of delivered solutions.


Persons managing the development of software-based products, persons performing or preparing for the role of Product Owner.

  • Effectively engage Scrum teams in the development of the project,

  • Monitor progress using modern techniques,
  • Pass the PSMO exam.

  • Planning Poker - the complexity of estimating User Stories,
  • Building an Agile city with Lego ,
  • Discussion of the exam, sample questions.
