  • Introduction to the TOGAF methodology (The Open Group Architecture Framework) – scope, objectives and main assumptions.
  • Determining the scope of the implementation of enterprise architecture using Zachman Framework.
  • Method for developing and managing the lifecycle of an enterprise architecture – ADM (Architecture Development Method).
  • The implementation of TOGAF within an organization.
  • Enterprise Continuum and related concepts.
  • EA competencies – requirements and management.
  • Roadmapping technique.
