    • Communication process: channel, information coding, decoding and mistakes of sender and receiver
    • Role of context in communication
    • Provision of information – message clarity, statement formation, consistency of verbal and non-verbal communication
    • Key role of questions – types of questions, application, use in the situation of communicating rules and obligations
    • Monitoring of information receipt:
    • Diversity in communication – four interpersonal types, identification of which style is characteristic for myself and building a manual for each style
  • Principles of cooperation in a team
    • Differences between a group and a team – factors determining team existence
    • Tree of unity, tree of diversity – factors building understanding, acceptance and trust in a team
    • “Dreams” game – common work unifies, development of principles of effective cooperation in a team
    • Diagnosis of team functioning – eight team roles according to M. Belibin
    • Elements building cooperation according to Lencioni
    • Barriers in team working: group thinking syndrome, group polarisation, conformism
  • Factors determining smooth flow of information in a team
    • Listening culture, introduction into an emphatic dialogue, room for questions from anyone
    • Effective meeting – factors improving the provision of information: time, place of the meeting, agenda, participants, form of the meeting
    • Obstacles in smooth communication: criticism, interrupting, labelling
    • Open, informal communication, diversity of interactions
    • Constructive feedback provision as a tool building relationships, understanding and good atmosphere in a team
