\n A global retail company with over 4 000 stores in more than 80 markets and online sales in over 60 markets needed to relocate and expand an existing warehouse sorting line and restore automated operations after a period of manual work. A key requirement was one partner able to take ownership of the end-to-end transfer and upgrade. Sii Poland delivered the full line relocation and commissioning, including integration with the existing IT landscape and Warehouse Management System (WMS). The project helped the client restore automated warehouse operations, increase capacity, and reduce the need for a full new-system investment. \n <\/div>\n
