They also needed help in choosing the best RPA-class solution and training selected employees.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Building, validation and implementation of automation (in the Citrix virtual environment),<\/li>\n<li>comprehensive training in creating process automation for employees and training for RPA environment administrators,<\/li>\n<li>ongoing consultations on the implemented robots, assessment of the correctness and effectiveness of robots.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Effects<\/h2>\n<p>An independent unit that can build and manage robots was created.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The challenge The Client wanted to build their own Center of Excellence.
