Until now, the process was carried out traditionally, by phone or email. Voucher purchases were manually entered into the bank&#8217;s transaction system by staff.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Added new functionality to the system to allow for tendering and the management of future tenders.<\/li>\n<li>Extended the existing interface to the banking transaction system to automate manual processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Effects<\/h2>\n<p>Manually running tenders used to be complex and took too much time. However, automating the process has significantly reduced these problems.
