The aim was to verify the currently used testing processes and provide recommendations on the client\u2019s test strategy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<p>We delivered a test consulting service including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review of Quality First program assumptions<\/li>\n<li>Analysis of the client\u2019s test strategy and processes against best practices<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of the new software development process and test strategy\u00a0in cooperation with the client<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of a new process for 5 teams from the retail department<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Benefits for the client<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Obtaining in-depth insight regarding the Quality First program, the Software Delivery Process, SDLC, and test strategy<\/li>\n<li>Increasing\u00a0the Software Development Life Cycle efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Streamlining operations by initiating the process change roadmap implementation plan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The challenge The client required support in verifying assumptions of a newly implemented program focused on software quality assurance.
