After 6 months of the project duration, it was impossible to identify the state of the project for the most important KPIs &#8211; time, budget, and percentage of project advancement. No risks have been identified or reported.<\/p>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Took over project management and provided consulting services.<\/li>\n<li>Confirmed the scope of the project and project products.<\/li>\n<li>Determined the status of the implementation of tasks within the project.<\/li>\n<li>Built a schedule based on the current project needs.<\/li>\n<li>Defined the product acceptance criteria, the organizational structure of the project, and a description of roles and responsibilities in the project.<\/li>\n<li>Implemented Atlassian tools to track the progress of the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Effects<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Determining the point of project implementation and the basis for further project implementation, allowing for the continuation of the work design<\/li>\n<li>Minimizing financial losses, thanks to the structuring of necessary works and the implementation of project management processes<\/li>\n<li>Regaining control over the project&#8217;s progress and enabling a quick and successful completion of the project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The challenge The company\u00a0implemented SAP\/4HANA with another partner.
