With such a huge scale of operations, the planning and execution of the work was very challenging. The goal of the project was to implement a framework for scaling the agile approach in which all teams would work, and to map the process to the tools used.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>We led the implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework for 6 teams (60+ people) and provided 3 months of support to introduce the process to the company.<\/li>\n<li>Increased planning and execution of work, thanks to the training program.<\/li>\n<li>Organized all events at the level of the Agile Release Train, which is a team connecting all agile teams.<\/li>\n<li>Provided the service of a Release Train Engineer to ensure that ART is working properly and according to procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Conducted SAFe training related to the Deployment Roadmap (Leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams).<\/li>\n<li>Used Atlassian tools to track the progress of the teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Benefits for the client<\/h2>\n<div class=\"sii-rl-reference-lang-background ng-scope\" data-ng-repeat=\"item in ViewModel.ReferenceModel.ReferenceLanguages\" data-ng-show=\"ViewModel.SelectedLanguage.Value==item.LangName\">\n<div class=\"sii-rl-content-item sii-rl-effects\">\n<div class=\"sii-rl-content-item-value sii-rl-effects-value sii-rl-content-item-value-display\">\n<div class=\"ng-scope\">\n<div class=\"sii-rl-reference-lang-background ng-scope\" data-ng-repeat=\"item in ViewModel.ReferenceModel.ReferenceLanguages\" data-ng-show=\"ViewModel.SelectedLanguage.Value==item.LangName\">\n<div class=\"sii-rl-content-item sii-rl-effects\">\n<div class=\"sii-rl-content-item-value sii-rl-effects-value sii-rl-content-item-value-display\">\n<div class=\"ng-scope\">\n<ul>\n<li>3 Incremental Programs with delivery predictability of 81%-99%<\/li>\n<li>Improved match between business needs and IT capabilities &#8211; results of the Business Needs Understanding survey show an increase from 3.46 (PI-01) to 4.13 (PI-03) on a scale of 1-5<\/li>\n<li>Positive feedback:\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;SAFe&#8217;s current configuration and framework are starting to deliver benefits.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;The complex structure, multiple competing priorities and different teams involved are working together through effective communication and coordination.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Improved joint planning.
