Therefore, the client needed to enhance, simplify and automate the process.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Created a SharePoint list with all employees to be evaluated using Power Automate flow.<\/li>\n<li>Designed mailings and notifications system for selected users to receive emails with defined tasks and timelines as text messages.<\/li>\n<li>Implemented data entry form with features that allow to\u00a0review, approve or decline submitted metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Designed a dashboard to display the structure, with the possibility to see the historical metrics of each person.<\/li>\n<li>Added sub-lists\/views for different divisions, with the possibility to export files to Excel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Benefits for the client<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Allowing the client to manage the compliance assessment process with one consistent tool<\/li>\n<li>Transparent tool available to all employees<\/li>\n<li>Providing valuable features (e.g. audit trail, reports, tracking and comment mechanisms)<\/li>\n<li>Accelerating the whole process and reducing human error to a minimum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Swiss-based global network of professional firms providing audit, tax, and advisory services.
