The goal was to preserve the full functionality of the RTM.<\/p>\n<h2>What we did<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Updated the RTM SW Architecture.<\/li>\n<li>Designed and implemented peripherals&#8217; drivers for the new uC \u2013 SAMC21.<\/li>\n<li>Integrated Vector CAN stack, Boot Manager, Bootloader, and AUTOSAR DEM.<\/li>\n<li>Ported the middleware and application layer.<\/li>\n<li>Performed unit, integration, and functional testing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Effects<\/h2>\n<div class=\"sii-rl-content-item-value sii-rl-effects-value sii-rl-content-item-value-display\">\n<div class=\"ng-scope\">\n<p>Thanks to the successful porting, the new RTM receives and sends RF messages and communicates with other ECUs through K-line and CAN.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The challenge Due to silicon chip shortages, the client needed to port Radio Transceiver Module into a new microcontroller.
