The funding includes the Passion Sponsorship Program, which allows Workers to implement creative ideas connected to hobbies, sports, and technology. This enables employees to meet other Power People with similar interests and create shared memories. Watch the video to learn more about this inspiring program and meet the project leaders.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Workers\u2019 Satisfaction and Fun are two of Sii Poland&#8217;s five strategic goals. <\/strong>To fulfill them, the company gives PLN 1 000 000 annually to support projects related to passion, technology, and volunteering. For this reason, Sii introduced the Passion Sponsorship Program, enabling Workers to realize their creative ideas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The<\/strong> <strong>Passion Sponsorship Program provides financial support and opportunities to meet Power People with similar interests. <\/strong>Projects cover a variety of unusual hobbies, such as freediving, sailing, or aviation \u2013 and much more!
