The days were filled with inspiring meetings, hands-on knowledge sharing, and meaningful conversations. But that\u2019s not the end \u2013 the Summer Talent Academy is just around the corner!&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Open Days: more than just Open Doors&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n<p>Open Days go far beyond presentations and lectures. At the heart of the event there is direct interaction with professionals, getting a real feel for Sii\u2019s work culture, and the chance to ask those burning questions. Many participants shared that these conversations helped solidify their decision to pursue a career in IT.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Firsthand knowledge from industry experts&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n<p>This year, over 200 participants visited Sii offices in eight cities across Poland. Attendees had the opportunity to talk directly with our experts, explore the projects we\u2019re working on, and get an inside look at what it&#8217;s really like to work in IT, engineering, and business services.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>During a consultation with the Recruitment team, participants learned which skills are currently in high demand and how to make a great impression during job interviews. One-on-one consultations with Sii specialists were especially popular \u2013 offering tailored advice on CVs, career paths, and development strategies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inspiring conversations&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n<p>Sii Team ensured everyone felt comfortable and left the event enriched \u2013 with both practical knowledge and positive memories. The agenda was diverse: in addition to the expert talks and workshops, there were plenty of opportunities to connect over pizza and informal networking.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>Once again, the Open Days events received excellent feedback in post-event surveys \u2013 especially for the atmosphere and communication. Attendees appreciated the opportunity to talk with our team members, take part in interactive sessions, and explore Sii offices firsthand.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What did participants appreciate most about this year\u2019s Open Days?&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n<p>See some of the participants\u2019 firsthand impressions:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-nsw-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>The people \u2013 it was easy to engage in conversation or approach someone after a talk to ask for more details.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-nsw-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>The AI-focused technical workshop and the amazing atmosphere at the Pozna\u0144 office.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-nsw-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>I really enjoyed the office tour and recruitment workshop, and the networking session at the end \u2013 having open chats with team members was great.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Coming soon: The Summer Talent Academy&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n<p>Sii is preparing for the launch of the Summer Talent Academy \u2013 an internship program designed for students and recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience alongside our experts. Over the course of several weeks, participants will work on real-life projects, grow their skills, and learn more about the industry from the inside.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>For many, this is a chance to kick off a career in an environment built for learning \u2013 with strong mentor support and a welcoming atmosphere at one of Poland\u2019s largest IT companies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Investing in the future&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n<p>Sii believes that the development of young talent shapes the future of the entire industry.
