For almost a decade, the company has allocated an annual budget of PLN 1 million to finance passions and volunteer work that are important to the organization\u2019s Workers. Together, they have already carried out over 130 pro-ecological campaigns, development workshops, and initiatives supporting children, adults, and animals. One of the company\u2019s additional projects, launched in response to the strong support and interest in volunteering among Workers, is Christmas Donation, which celebrated its second edition in 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>This Christmas, on behalf of all Power People, Sii donated PLN 200 000 to charity for the second consecutive year. The idea to continue the project emerged after last year&#8217;s initiative received overwhelmingly positive feedback on social media, in monthly satisfaction surveys, during annual interviews, and in the Great Place to Work study. This gesture once again replaced traditional Christmas gifts in response to a real need among Workers, which has been observed in the organization for years: to have a positive impact on the world around them.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-nsw-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>Our Power People have been actively participating in charity campaigns supported by Sii for almost a decade \u2013 says <strong>Anna Bednarz-Jaskot, Chief Marketing Officer.<\/strong> \u2013 Last year alone, nearly 1 000 Workers took part in charitable and skills-based volunteering, conducting IT workshops for children and adults from groups at risk of exclusion, as well as in environmental initiatives. I am proud that our Power People think about those in need throughout the year, not just during the holidays. I would like to thank everyone for their enthusiasm and big hearts: together, we are changing the world for the better \u2013 adds<\/em> <em><strong>Anna<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>As part of the Christmas Donation initiative, Workers from 16 offices in Poland, Sweden, and Ukraine chose organizations to receive financial support. Each Worker could cast a vote in a survey, and the institutions with the most votes in a given region received the donations. Thus:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-checked\"><li>PLN 60 000 went to the Senior w Koronie Foundation, which improves the quality of life of people aged 75+, especially those who are lonely and struggling with health and financial problems.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-nsw-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>Thank you for being with us and for remembering seniors during this special time \u2013 says <strong>Aleksandra Czarna-El Baz, President of the Senior w Koronie Foundation. <\/strong>\u2013 Thanks to your help, we can provide them with care, support, and a sense that they are not alone. This is invaluable to them. Together, we are making the world a kinder and more caring place \u2013 continues <strong>Ola<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-checked\"><li>PLN 30\u202f000\u00a0went to the Avalon\u00a0Foundation&#8217;s\u00a0fundraiser\u00a0for Sii\u00a0employee\u00a0Pawe\u0142 Biegaj,\u00a0who\u00a0is\u00a0battling\u00a0ALS disease.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>The\u00a0remaining\u00a0amount, PLN 110\u00a0000,\u00a0was\u00a0distributed\u00a0among\u00a0the\u00a0following\u00a0organizations:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-checked\"><li>Fundacja Dom w \u0141odzi\u00a0<\/li>\n\n<li>Fundacja Iskierka\u00a0<\/li>\n\n<li>Stowarzyszenie \u0141atwo Pomaga\u0107\u00a0<\/li>\n\n<li>Stowarzyszenie Dzieciom i M\u0142odzie\u017cy W\u0119dka\u00a0<\/li>\n\n<li>Fundacja Podkarpackie Hospicjum dla Dzieci\u00a0<\/li>\n\n<li>Fundacja Pom\u00f3\u017c Im\u00a0<\/li>\n\n<li>Lubelskie Hospicjum dla Dzieci im. Ma\u0142ego Ksi\u0119cia\u00a0<\/li>\n\n<li>Puckie Hospicjum pw. \u015aw. Ojca Pio\u00a0<\/li>\n\n<li>Schronisko dla Bezdomnych Zwierz\u0105t w Dobrej Szczeci\u0144skiej\u00a0<\/li>\n\n<li>TurbotaE\u00a0Charity\u00a0Foundation\u00a0<\/li>\n\n<li>Radda\u00a0Barnen\u00a0(Save the Children)\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-nsw-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>This is already the fourth joint initiative between the Puck hospice and Sii. We would like to thank all Power People for participating in the Christmas vote, voting for our facility, and remembering our patients.
