The problem begins when that speed is not accompanied by an understanding of the consequences, especially in terms of security and data quality&#8221; \u2013 notes <strong>Marcin Gajewski, CEO &amp; President of the Management Board GMDigit Flow. <\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>In practice, this means a growing risk of creating solutions that:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-checked-gradient\"><li>work only \u201cfor demo purposes,\u201d<\/li>\n\n<li>are not scalable,<\/li>\n\n<li>or use data in ways that are inconsistent with organizational policies.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>On the other hand, companies that approach implementation strategically use AI to deliver highly practical improvements by reducing document preparation time, automating analyses, and supporting teams in their day-to-day work.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>From implementation to adoption \u2013 the critical stage of transformation <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>The second episode focuses on an area that often determines the success or failure of an entire initiative: technology adoption.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-nsw-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&#8220;<em>Today, the biggest challenge is not implementing the technology itself, but ensuring that employees actually use it. Without proper adoption, even the best tools fail to deliver business value&#8221; \u2013 says Marzena Oleszczuk, IT Digital Adoption Manager at Hitachi Energy. <\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Organizations that successfully implement tools such as Microsoft Copilot treat adoption as a separate process. It goes far beyond training and includes:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-checked-gradient\"><li>building concrete use cases (e.g., report generation, meeting summaries, analyses),<\/li>\n\n<li>demonstrating quick wins,<\/li>\n\n<li>and supporting users in their everyday work.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>More unconventional approaches, such as <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-nswc-secondary-color\">gamification<\/mark>, are also becoming increasingly popular. Instead of traditional training sessions, employees participate in challenges, test different AI use cases, and compete to find the most effective practical applications. This significantly accelerates adoption and builds genuine engagement.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>People still at the center <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>A common conclusion runs through both conversations: artificial intelligence does not replace people, but it is rapidly transforming the way they work.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-nsw-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>&#8220;AI is a tool that enhances human capabilities, but it does not replace responsibility for decision-making.
