This is also the 12th consecutive Great Place to Work title awarded to the company. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>This year\u2019s survey clearly shows that the success is driven primarily by employees\u2019 opinions. As many as <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-nswc-secondary-color\"><strong><em>92% of the thousands of employees who responded consider Sii to be a great place to work<\/em><\/strong><\/mark>, appreciating both the organizational culture and the opportunities for professional development.<\/p>\n\n<p>This is a record result over the past 10 years &#8211; the previous highest score was recorded in 2023, when 90% of participants responded positively.
