Once again, Sii Poland has joined the group of winners of the prestigious Best Workplaces in Europe ranking. T<\/strong>aking the 15th place among the highest rated large enterprises, the company improved its position from last year<\/span><\/span><\/span>. An additional distinction is the fact that Sii is the only Polish employer on the list.<\/span><\/span><\/strong> The results were announced online<\/a> on September 10.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For the third time Sii Poland has won the title of the Best Workplaces in Europe in the category of large enterprises with over 500 employees. The high 15th position on the list is yet another proof that the company, which employs over 4 700 employees, creates a stable and friendly workplace.<\/strong> This year’s winners in each category were announced on September 10.<\/p>\n

\u2013\u00a0 The Great Place to Work title is a significant distinction to us since workers’ satisfaction is one of Sii Poland\u2019s 5 strategic objectives. For 6 years in a row it has been providing us with valuable feedback from our Workers and confirming that as an employer we are on the right track, but most importantly, we find out from the GPTW survey results what we need to improve. This award is an effect of the common efforts of all 4 700 Sii Power People \u2013 even when we are achieving our ambitious goals remotely, the atmosphere remains fantastic and we can all be proud of that \u2013 says Gregoire Nitot, Sii\u2019s founder and CEO<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Great Place to Work ranking is unusual inasmuch as it is created by the employees. Taking part in the survey, they express their opinion on the organization they\u2019re connected to. Interestingly, Great Place to Work Institute verifies not only the satisfaction level of the employees. Self-fulfillment, long-term career prospects, management methods, or even additional initiatives outside the scope of the company are also examined. In the 18th edition of the competition, the employer evaluation form was completed by 1.4 million employees from 19 European countries.<\/p>\n

\u2013 The mere possibility of competing with employers enjoying an excellent reputation is a great honor. We are also glad that it is Sii that is the only Polish employers on the list. However, the greatest reason to be proud is such a high position in the European ranking, which we owe to our employees, their commitment and daily contribution to work and building the Sii community. Thanks to solidarity, transparency and trust, we deal with the pandemic times together, keeping each other’s spirits up. People, their activities and amazing initiatives, all this makes Sii a great place to work \u2013 says Joanna Kucharska, Chief Human Resources Officer w Sii Polska.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For 6 years now, the company has been included in the Great Place to Work Poland list, consistently working to retain its high position. In April 2020, Sii Poland took the 2nd place in the large companies with over 500 employees category. Currently \u2013 after 14 years on the market \u2013 it is an IT and engineering services leader and the team consists of over 4 700 people. The number of specialists willing to become a part of the organization is still growing. They are encouraged by the atmosphere, a wide variety of projects, personal-development opportunities inside the company, as well as the possibility of working in well-connected branches located in 14 Polish cities.<\/p>\n
