Sii Poland has proven many times that it creates not only a friendly but also stable workplace. The demand for Sii experts remains high and the last quarter turned out to be record-breaking in terms of the number of people employed \u2013 as many as 553 specialists joined the company. The last quarter turned out to be record-breaking for the 6-time winner of the Great Place to Work title \u2013 553 specialists joined the company. \u2013 A record quarter is behind us. Our clients are not slowing down and keep actively looking for new employees! The candidates are primarily attracted by the variety of ambitious projects realized for clients from all over the world, development opportunities and the fact that we are a stable employer. We still have many open positions for people with varying degrees of experience. From the beginning of the pandemic, we have been conducting a friendly, remote recruitment process, from the first interview through the technical check, signing the contract and delivering the equipment to onboarding \u2013 says Wojciech Dreja, Head of Recruitment at Sii Poland<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n
