During the last Sii Managers Weekend<\/strong>, our annual event for managers from all over Poland, Gregoire Nitot, the CEO, and other executives from Sii\u2019s headquarters responsible for particular areas of activity, as always handed out special awards.<\/p>\n

Just like last year, there was an award for the best execution of Sii\u2019s mission<\/strong> statement<\/strong>, which reads: \u201cPower People \u2013 identifying and promoting the best!\u201d This year\u2019s award was given to Magdalena Tr\u0105bka, Director of the Administration Department at Sii Gda\u0144sk. Over the last year, the best members of her team have been successfully promoted.<\/p>\n

Following analysis of all recruitment factors, performance of teams, as well as involvement in development of the SiiRM system, the award for the best recruitment department<\/strong> went to Sii Gda\u0144sk.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

That same department took home the best recruiter<\/strong> award for the superb results achieved by Barbara Piekarska of Sii Gda\u0144sk.<\/p>\n

Individual branches were awarded for best Employer Branding activities<\/strong>. In this category, the Warsaw branch received an honorable mention for their Summer Academy of Talents \u2013 a summer internship program for students. The main award in the field of Employer Branding was given to the branch in Gda\u0144sk \u2013  for all activities conducted throughout the year.<\/p>\n

Another annual award is the title of the best administration department<\/strong>. In 2015, it was given to the Administration Department in Wroc\u0142aw \u2013 for total achievement, results and commitment to the improvement of the implemented Dynamics AX system.<\/p>\n

Among the well-evaluated projects submitted by Sii in the last year, one was acknowledged with the title of the best implemented project<\/strong>. This award was given to the e-KRK project implemented for the Ministry of Justice, executed for the public sector.<\/p>\n

Award for the best sales results<\/strong> in the previous year was received by Damian Ky\u0107, Business Unit Director at Sii Wroc\u0142aw.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Each year, we also award the best client of Sii<\/strong> for dynamic development, expanding cooperation models and good prospects for growth. This year, out of eight nominees, the title was given to the Business Unit pursuing cooperation with Sii at Sabre Krak\u00f3w.<\/p>\n

One of the most important titles awarded by Gregoire Nitot is the title of the Most Valuable Person<\/strong> at Sii. In 2015, this title was awarded to Tomasz Klamrowski, Service Delivery Director at Sii Gda\u0144sk, who implements projects for one of Sii\u2019s key Clients in the Hi-tech industry and manages over 200-person team.<\/p>\n

Each year, the most awaited award is the title of the best branch of Sii<\/strong> in Poland. This year, it was awarded to the branch in Gda\u0144sk, who also had the pleasure of receiving it two years ago.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
