The beginning of the year is special to Sii! A round anniversary is an opportunity to celebrate, the more that it coincides with a number of awards<\/strong> received by Sii. Since the beginning of 2016, we have already received three awards: Best IT Workplace in Poland, Outsourcing Stars and CEE Shared Services & Outsourcing Awards! We are proud of these awards because we have all worked hard to get them and they cover different areas of our business. Sii received a prize in the <\/span>AudIT<\/strong> competition and the <\/span>\u2018Best IT Workplace\u2019<\/strong> title for the fourth time in a row! This award is particularly important to us because it is based on an anonymous survey of employees. The survey takes into account the level of job satisfaction, commitment and motivators. The results of the survey indicate that the majority of employees are satisfied with their work in Sii, which is particularly important for us. \"Best<\/a><\/p>\n

This year, we also received the award for the most dynamically developing enterprise in the sector of IT outsourcing in Poland \u2013 Outsourcing Stars. The presentation of the statuette took place during the Outsourcing Stars Gala, which was attended by representatives of the government, local governments, of the world of science and business from Poland and abroad. The gala was attended by a total of more than 300 guests from 15 countries. The honorary patrons of the competition were the Ministry of Economy, the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency, and the Polish Bank Association. \"Outsourcing<\/a><\/p>\n

Sii has been recognised also by the jury consisting of more than 30 personalities from the world of business! We received the CEE Shared Services & Outsourcing Award granted to the most dynamically developing companies in the outsourcing and shared services sector in the region of Central and Eastern Europe.
