It is directed to companies which would like&nbsp;to improve the quality of customer service and increase sales. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the 60 minute presentation: \u201c<strong>Increase the Sales Potential and Customer Service Quality Thanks to Integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with the Telephone System<\/strong>\u201d, Anna Chmielewska \u2013 a Microsoft Dynamics consultant at Sii, will present the benefits that can result from integrating the Dynamics CRM system with the telephone system. She will also tell how to improve and facilitate the key&nbsp;element of the sales and post-sales service process \u2013 the contact with the customer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The speaker will present,how to make phone calls, register and identify the speaker \u2013 thanks to an automatic access to the speakers\u2019s&nbsp;profile \u2013 or analyze the history of the contact, using the Dynamics CRM system.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c<em>Based on many years of experience, we know how important it is to not only make the first contact with the potential client but, what is more important, maintaining a long lasting relationship. The tools presented by us significantly facilitate this process.
