May in the Sii\u2019s calendar has permanently become a month of the Manager Weekend. It is an annual retreat for the company\u2019s managers from entire Poland. This retreat is a great occasion to honour the best employees and present awards, which are granted by Gregoir Nitot and the directors from Sii HQ.<\/p>\n

As every year, the award for the best implementation of the Sii mission: <\/strong>\u201ePower People \u2013 identifying and promoting the best\u201d was presented. This award went to the hands of the CIO \u2013 Micha\u0142 Kopczy\u0144ski, who, over the last year, successfully promoted the best members of his team.<\/p>\n

One of the most important awards granted by Gregoir Nitot is the Most Valuable Person Sii.<\/strong>In 2016, 2 people received this title: Pauliny Ryczkowskiej, Administration Power User and Ewy Cie\u015bli\u0144skiej, Sales, Team Leader, SDM Power User.<\/p>\n

The best recruitment department award<\/strong> went to the Recruitment and HR Department at Sii Warsaw. This award was granted on the basis of analysing all recruitment coefficients, as well as involvement in the development of the SiiRM system.<\/p>\n

Among many projects implemented by Sii last year, one of them deserved a special mention and the title of the best implemented project<\/strong>. It is a project managed for ThysenKupp\u2019s Client \u2013 the award was received by B\u0142a\u017cej Dzi\u0105g.<\/p>\n

We also presented the award for the best Team Leader \/ SDM <\/strong>\u2013 Damian Gmyrek from Sii Krak\u00f3w was honored with this title!<\/p>\n

The ceremony could not take place without rewarding the technical people, in other words, our best architects<\/strong>.This year, this title went to Micha\u0142 Jasiorowski and \u0141ukasz Pietrzak.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The award for best Employer Branding activities<\/strong> was also presented. It went to Sii Gda\u0144sk for the second straight year, for all the initiatives \u2013 including the Sii Senior campaign and the Get.Net conference.<\/p>\n

Another annual award is the one for the best administration department<\/strong>. Here also, it once again went to the Administration department from Wroc\u0142aw. Promptness, quality of delivered documents and totality of work were the factors mainly evaluated in this case.<\/p>\n

The most highly anticipated of the annual awards is the one for the best Sii branch in Poland.<\/strong>This year it went to the Krak\u00f3w branch, for the biggest growth in the previous year.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

For the first time, during this year\u2019s Manager Weekend, the best practice<\/strong> award was presented \u2013 this title went to the Digital Practice, with Dariusz Adamowski as its Director.<\/p>\n

Each year, we also present the award for the best Sii client<\/strong> \u2013 this year we selected as many as 2 winners \u2013 ABB and DFC. These are Clients, with which the cooperation improves dynamically, cooperation models are enhanced and we see good development perspectives.<\/p>\n

During each Manager Weekend we awarded one prize for the best sales results. This year, due to many methods of cooperation with clients, it was very hard to unanimously choose the winner. Therefore, we decided to honour 6 people, who stood out with their achievements and result in cooperation with clients. And these are: Przemys\u0142aw Saniak, Grzegorz Brzostowski, Szymon Dziubek, Agata Kostecka, Beata Kasprzyk and Szymon Kara\u015b.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
