Sii Poland, one of the biggest IT employers in Poland employs over 2700 IT experts. In 2017 the company is planning to expands its team by over 400 specialists. The company has its fair share in the dynamically developing market of new technologies and wants to continue its expansion in the new year. Programmers, testers, system architects, analysts, automation and robotics specialists, can count on finding a job at Sii.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to Joanna Kucharska, HR & Communications Director at Sii Poland \u2013 the fastest developing regions in the past year were the: Warsaw, Gda\u0144sk, Wroc\u0142aw and Krak\u00f3w<\/strong> region. In 2017 the company predicts a stable growth, which can be proven ever new job offers. There is also a big potential in such locations as: Katowice, Lublin, \u0141\u00f3d\u017a and Pozna\u0144. In the past year, Sii carried out recruitment actions in the entire country, employing on average 80 specialists per month.<\/p>\n

According to the company \u2013 relocations to different cities, where its branches are seated, are becoming more and more popular: Warsaw, Gda\u0144sk, Wroc\u0142aw, Krak\u00f3w, Pozna\u0144, Lublin, \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, Katowice. Year by year the number of programmers and testers coming from such locations as: Bydgoszcz, Szczecin, Rzesz\u00f3w, Bia\u0142ystok or Kielce, decide to move cities. Sii provides relocation packages and support in the process of changing the place of living, for those who decide to take this step.<\/p>\n

What attracts candidates to Sii in the first place, is the variety of projects realized around the world \u2013 in the USA, Canada, Brazil, the entire European continent, Japan and China. These projects are carried out within the structures of the Sii Competency Centers: Application Services, CRM, Digital, Dynamics AX, Engineering, IT Operations, SharePoint, Training and Testing. Moreover IT experts have the occasion of working with the newest technologies, such as: Xamarin, Azure, Angular JS, React JS, DevOps and many others.<\/p>\n

Sii offers its employees many career paths \u2013 including the managerial and, most of all, the expert path. At Sii, I had the opportunity to work in 6 different projects, starting with the position of programmer, moving on to designer, ending with solution architect. These experiences taught me a lot. Currently I am responsible for designing technological solutions and creating developer standards \u2013 <\/em>says Micha\u0142 Jasiorowski, Solution Architect at Sii Poland.<\/p>\n

Joanna Kucharska on the other hand, focuses on HR factors \u2013 inside the organization we focus on an individual approach to the employee. We enable professional development and support passions. What, in my opinion, distinguishes Sii from the competition, is our unique atmosphere and organizational culture \u2013 we are miles apart from boring corporations <\/em>\u2013 she explains.<\/p>\n

 Sii also takes up many Employer Branding actions, which are an opportunity for the persons outside of the organization to get to know the company better at the start of their career. In line with the upcoming trends, in 2017 Sii will recruit mainly Java, .NET, Front-end, SharePoint and Oracle developers, as well as security specialists, manual and automated testers or analysts.
