Sounds like science fiction? On the 6th of April, during the Sii Open Days, you will have the occasion to see that this in fact is reality \u2013 and at your fingertips, as we are in the very center of Pozna\u0144, in the prestigious Maraton building, at Kr\u00f3lowej Jadwigi street. <\/strong><\/p>\n

If you want to meet people, who love their jobs and see how they design modern applications, improve IT systems for international companies, manage data bases and create BI reports \u2013 come and pay us a visit! The Silicon Valley of Pozna\u0144 keeps growing in the very heart of the city and encourages you to participate in its open days.<\/p>\n

\u2013 We want to show our guests how it is to work in our company and share our experiences in carrying out international and local projects in the area of IT. It is important to us that our guests see, that it is really possible to compete with international IT suppliers, while working in Pozna\u0144. We will show them, that a Silicon Valley is blooming in Pozna\u0144<\/em> \u2013 says Natalia Buczel, Sii Pozna\u0144 Branch Director.<\/p>\n

A modern and innovative office opened in the Maraton building  \u2013 designed having in mind the engineers\u2019 work comfort. Carefully arranged spaces give access to many amenities. There is a fitness zone with a mini gym, relax rooms with game consoles, table soccer and many other attractions. Sii is aware of the fact, that the dynamic development of the company is possible thanks to its satisfied employees. For the past 5 years we have been receiving awards in the contest for Best Place to Work in IT in Poland.<\/p>\n

\u2013 A tour of the office is only one of the many attractions planned during our open days <\/em>\u2013 says Natalia Buczel. \u2013 We would like to invite everyone who is interested in pursuing a career in IT as well as business representatives, to participate in the official opening of the office Pozna\u0144\u2019s city center. We want to show our guests how one of the biggest IT companies in Poland operates and what makes it develop so rapidly. In the 6 years of functioning of the Pozna\u0144 Branch, we went from 0 to over 200 employees<\/em> \u2013 recalls Natalia Buczel. \u2013 Until 2018 we plan on employing even more Java, .NET, Front-end, BI and ETL programmers, manual testers, and those with experience in test automation, as well as application support specialists and project managers \u2013 in total more than 200 new persons. <\/em><\/p>\n

\u2013 Our office in Pozna\u0144 gives us much more space for creative programming work \u2013 <\/em>says Joao Raposo, a .NET developer, who came to Sii from Portugal. \u2013 New project rooms provide work comfort and coffee points give us even more occasions for integrating with our colleagues, also after hours. Moreover, from the new site it is very close to all the attractions of Pozna\u0144<\/em>.<\/p>\n
