From the 18th<\/sup> to the 19th<\/sup> of November teams of programming aficionados will be creating applications. The winning team will receive a prize of 10 000 PLN. The rivalry is a part of the night programming contest \u2013 Let\u2019s code, organized by Sii in 8 locations: in Warsaw, Gda\u0144sk, Wroc\u0142aw, Pozna\u0144, Krak\u00f3w, \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, Lublin and Katowice.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sii is organizing the \u201cLet\u2019s Code\u201d night programming contest for the 4th<\/sup> time. This year our contestants are going to choose 1 out of 3 topics.<\/p>\n

The first one is an application from the area of passions and lifestyle. It is a category for everyone who has an idea which will come in handy in daily life, will help motivate us, solve problems (e.g. how to easily and quickly share a bill between friends) or will serve as a great pass time.<\/p>\n

The next category is a social application. Thanks to applications from this area it will be possible to motivate people to engage in helping others. Thanks to them, e.g. homeless dogs will find their homes or more volunteers will enroll to help! There are many possibilities and they all aim at encouraging others to help.<\/p>\n

The third topic proposed is business applications. Every business today needs the support of new technologies. From small companies up to big corporations. We are waiting for the applications from this category impatiently!<\/p>\n

The applications created will be initially evaluated by our jury \u2013 consisting of both, experts with technical knowledge and people, whose task will be to assess the usefulness of the projects. The winning applications at the local stage will go on to the last stage, were Internet users will vote for the best app on our Let\u2019s Code website: http:\/\/letscode.sii.pl<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Apart from interesting topics, another factor motivating the participants are valuable prizes. In the first stage the best teams from each city will receive smartwatches \u2013 Samsung Gear S2 Classic. The winners of the second stage of the contest will receive the main prize \u2013 10 000 PLN.<\/p>\n

Signing up for the contest is very easy! You just have to fill in the registration form, which you will find at www.letscode.sii.pl\/rejestracja<\/a>. The registration is open from the 2nd<\/sup> of October until the 10th<\/sup> of November. The participation in the contest is free. The number of places is limited!<\/p>\n
