Among of the 50 best companies, Sii Poland took 2<sup>nd<\/sup> place two years in a row in the \u201cLarge Companies Employing Over 500\u201d category! <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The list is based on confidential survey data representing 1.4 million employees from over 3 000 companies across 37 countries in Europe. It\u2019s the 5<sup>th<\/sup> time that Sii Poland has a title of the Best Workplace in Europe in the category of large enterprises with over 500 employees. What\u2019s more, <a href=\"https:\/\/sii.pl\/en\/news-feed\/sii-poland-won-the-2nd-place-in-the-best-large-workplaces-in-europe-ranking\/?category=awards-2&amp;tag=newsletter-en,great-place-to-work-en\">for the second time<\/a> we took the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> place. Such a high position on the podium is more proof that the company, which employs over 7 500 employees, creates a stable and friendly workplace.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Best results ever!<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>To be considered, companies must first be identified as outstanding in their local region. The most important aspect of the Great Place to Work study is the trust index. Each respondent refers to credibility, respect, honesty, pride, and companionship in the company. This year\u2019s survey showed that with a 10 percentage point increase in turnout, we improved on the already high result in all five aspects. In addition, 90% of the employees said Sii is a great place to work and 95% believe it has a good atmosphere.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Sii Poland is unstoppable<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>The prestigious place in the podium is a huge reason to be proud and a motivation to make further changes and improvements.
