Sii, the most rapidly growing IT and engineering company in Poland, is opening a branch in Bydgoszcz at the beginning of October. The twelfth company office will be located in the most modern building in the region \u2212 Immobile K3. Experts from Sii will implement projects for global brands from various sectors, including aerospace, automotive, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sii Poland employs over 3 700 people in 11 offices in Warsaw, Gdansk, Wroclaw, Poznan, Krakow, Lodz, Lublin, Katowice, Rzeszow, Czestochowa and Pila. From the beginning of October, the leader of IT and engineering services will also expand its business into another city \u2212 Bydgoszcz.<\/p>\n

Why has Sii decided to choose the capital of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region? \u2212 Location of Bydgoszcz on the map of Poland, network of both road and air connections, but above all, access to skilled professionals are the main factors that determined the decision to open the 12th branch. Sii as an employer cares about the comfort of employees, and the office located in the city centre is also a large advantage as it offers one of the most state-of-the-art places to work in this part of the country \u2212 says Anna Boruszkowska-Becmer, Sii Bydgoszcz Branch Manager<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Bydgoszcz is a leader in the dynamically developing region. According to ABSL, IT is the most important category of services provided in service centres in Bydgoszcz. It generates almost 90% of employment in this industry. \u2212 Among the largest business service centres in Poland, Bydgoszcz ranks first when it comes to the share of IT services in the employment structure of BPO, SSC, IT and R&D centres. Such strong specialization is undoubtedly a unique element of the city\u2019s offer. Providing a stable business environment, qualified staff and professional support for investment projects from the Regional Development Agency in Bydgoszcz, Bydgoszcz is successfully building its image as a city open to outsourcing and a significant IT centre \u2212 says Rafa\u0142 Bruski, Mayor of Bydgoszcz.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Projects in Sii Bydgoszcz will be implemented in a number of technologies, such as Java, .NET, web and mobile technologies, C\/C ++\/Embedded and in testing area. One of the first tasks to be performed by Sii engineers, is a project for a client from the FinTech industry, building scalable cloud solutions for financial institutions. \u2212 Working in Sii gives professionals the opportunity to develop and work for one of its 240 Polish and foreign clients. We are looking for employees with technical skills, but also building from scratch the local administration or recruitment departments. Until March 2019, we plan to hire 40 experts. Next year, we hope that this number will triple and exceed one hundred \u2212 says Izabela Wawer, Recruitment Department Manager<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Sii is opening its 12th<\/sup> branch in a Class A building \u2212 Immobile K3. The biggest advantage of the facility is its location in the heart of Bydgoszcz, just 200 meters from the Old Market, close to the most important municipal institutions, restaurants and cultural facilities. This location allows for easy access to any place in Bydgoszcz, both by car and public transport.<\/p>\n

The building itself will offer a number of interesting solutions to make employees\u2019 lives easier, such as bicycle storage with changing rooms, where those commuting by their two-wheelers will be able to freshen up before the start of the working day. \u2212 We are glad that the company with such potential as Sii located its office in our building. It will be another tenant in our office building which will create new, profitable jobs for skilled professionals from the financial, insurance, or IT sectors. In addition, thanks to our investments and new companies, this part of the Old Town will once again become a vibrant showcase of Bydgoszcz \u2212 says Maciej Wawrzyniak, Sales and Property Management Director, CDI Konsultanci Budowlani<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In addition to the benefits package, Sii specialists can count on a special atmosphere in the team. For the fourth time in a row, based on anonymous employee satisfaction survey, the company received Great Place to Work Poland title.
