{"id":6725,"date":"2019-06-06T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-06-06T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new-www.sii.pl\/sii-polska-among-20-best-employers-in-europe-for-the-second-time-in-a-row\/"},"modified":"2020-09-10T07:34:18","modified_gmt":"2020-09-10T07:34:18","slug":"sii-polska-among-20-best-employers-in-europe-for-the-second-time-in-a-row","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sii.pl\/en\/news-feed\/sii-polska-among-20-best-employers-in-europe-for-the-second-time-in-a-row\/","title":{"rendered":"Sii Poland among 30 best employers in Europe for the second time in a row"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Once again, Sii Poland has joined the ranks of winners of the prestigious Best Workplaces in Europe 2019 award. <span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">The company has been honored as one of two Polish employers, taking the 16th place among the highest rated large enterprises.<\/span><\/span> Organized on a yearly basis, the ceremony took place on <span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">June 5 \u2013 <\/span><\/span>this time in the capital city of Sweden. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 There\u2019s no denying that the Great Place to Work title is particularly important to us. It\u2019s thanks to it that we\u2019re sure the direction we\u2019ve taken is right\u00a0\u2013 says <strong>Joanna Kucharska, Chief Human Resources Officer at Sii Poland<\/strong>, accepting the award in Stockholm. \u2013 Right from the very beginning, our ambition was to become a special company that, of course, generates profit yet solely through honest, efficient work in a pleasant atmosphere. Respect, transparency, trust, satisfaction, freedom\u2014these are the values dear to the hearts of all Power People \u2013 she adds.<\/p>\n<p>The Great Place to Work ranking is unusual inasmuch as it is created by the employees. Taking part in the survey, they express their opinion on the organization they\u2019re connected to. Quite interestingly, Great Place to Work Institute verifies not only the satisfaction level of the employees. Self-fulfillment, long-term career prospects, management methods, or even additional initiatives outside the scope of the company are also examined. <span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">In the 17th edition of the competition, the employer evaluation form was completed by 1.3 million employees from 2800 companies from 19 European countries.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 The mere possibility of competing with employers enjoying an excellent reputation is a great honor. However, this high position in the Great Place to Work Europe ranking, which we owe to none other than the Sii Polska employees, is something to be really proud of \u2013 Sii\u2019s CHRO stresses. \u2013 I would like to congratulate us all as it is optimists full of passion that help the organization achieve new successes\u00a0\u2013 she concludes.<\/p>\n<p>For 5 years now, the company has been included in the Great Place to Work Poland list, consistently working to retain its high position. In April 2019, Sii Poland took the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> place in the \u201cBusiness with more than 500 Employees\u201d category. Currently \u2013 after 13 years on the market \u2013 it is an IT and engineering services leader and the team consists of over 4,000 people. The number of specialists willing to become a part of the organization is still growing.
