Our Client has multiple projects ongoing or planned in the consumer banking space. This includes online platforms for savings, loans and other consumer finance products. The team collaborate with colleagues located in London, Bengaluru and New York (Fluent English is a must). The main role will be to take care of proper Scrum implementation. We are looking for person who will build  safe environment with an emphasis on collaboration and problem solving, help teams and individuals clarify goals, and actions to achieve them and will assess the Scrum maturity of the team. 

• The main role is to take care of proper Scrum implementation, according to organizational vision and strategy 
• Responsibility for proper Agile introduction and implementation – plan and execute
• Direct work with delivery teams, managers, end users and all other stakeholders as well as Agile Coaches and other Scrum Masters
• Mentoring and training
• Organization transformation, processes optimization, taking care of the proper implementation of Agile approach
• Experience in software development will be an advantage
