Currently we are looking for Business Manager responsible for the dynamic development of one of biggest Sii client in Poland. The position is dedicated to person who is not afraid of taking responsibility and decisions, influencing client business development and presenting business-driven approach. For this position, you should have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as the sales person
• Experience in selling complex services (IT area is a big advantage)
• Very good English skills
• Ability to conduct sales process

• Fulfilling new sales opportunities concerning Sii services, conducting sales processes such as request for proposal, active client prospection, recruitment of engineers and resource allocation
• Creating new needs among Client’s managers
• Building and maintaining good relations with Client
• Supporting preparation and executing effective strategy to constantly increase business on international level
• Cooperating with Delivery and Recruitment departments in terms of implementing new services for Client
• Taking ownership for hiring and line management processes of IT Specialists
