• Designing, supplying and supporting centralized cloud solutions to solve common engineering and operational problems, such as monitoring, recording, compilation, cost optimization, etc.
• Assisting in major incident & critical situation resolution
• Providing input and expertise to solutions for any incident, change
• Driving excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction with services
• Supporting the installation/maintenance/optimization of internal and cross-functional processes
• Monitoring the execution of solution/service delivery by internal and external delivery
