• Support our Sales Department in daily tasks
• Training and onboarding of new Sales
• Initiate improvements in tools and processes used by the workers
• Identify problems and errors related to everyday work and using the systems
• Eliminate bureaucracy and unnecessary activities
• Test and discuss new functionalities in our systems
• Monitor the quality of data
