We are looking for an experienced Associate Delivery Manager. On this position you must have:

• At least 2 years of experience within IT service delivery  
• Proven experience as a vendor representative toward clients' cooperation
• Experience in managing the relationship with customers and own teams
• Good English communication skills

• Organizing and leading the work of a 50-people team
• Direct management of 4-5 Team Leaders
• Being responsible for effectiveness and quality of managed organization
• Controlling financial parameters of managed organization
• Meeting or exceeding Client's needs, maintaining high Clients satisfaction rating
• Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned Client, maintaining good long-term relationships
• Taking care of increasing business in selling services (promote Sii offer, obtain business information about clients and competitors, up-selling – identifying and creating new Client’s needs)
• Identifying and developing valuable ideas, sharing knowledge, delivering information, taking part in conferences, job fairs workshops and trainings
• Cooperating with HR, Recruitment and Administration Departments
• Preparing Technical & Commercial offers, helping to build winning offers in cooperation with Sales Department, Sii Experts
• Reporting to Account Director
