We are looking for an experienced person with servant leadership mindset to support distributed teams as Scrum Master and Team Manager. You will join a team working for one of our Scandinavian clients. Working with us will give you the opportunity to be a part of a mature Agile team. A chance to work in a distributed international teams, with ability to travel and possibility to work from any place you like, be it your house or somewhere on the seaside/mountains/woods – as long as you have good internet connection. Possibility to work on challenging tasks in different areas. Support in education, conferences. On this position you must have:

• Very good English
• Strong understanding of Agile approaches (including but not limited to Scrum), values and principles
• Passion for Agile software development and enabling the teams to self-organize and deliver valuable software

• Organizational/administrative part: facilitation of sprint plannings/groomings/demos/retrospectives, solving impediments, configuring and supporting Scrum artifacts (Jira), coordinating releases, tracking KPIs, planning vacations etc.
• Communication/coaching part: managing stakeholders, coaching the teams, challenging and improving the process, enabling cross-team communication
• Management part: ensuring retention and motivation of the team members, conducting 1on1s, providing feedback and coaching, integrating team members, resolving conflicts, improving teamwork, maintaining good team spirit, supporting and implementing strategic goals
