Your role

  • Inventory of all third-party contractual commitments
  • Manage and ownership of internal on-boarding tool
  • Coordinate on-boarding of contractors and outsourced resources between respective parties
  • Manage all third party services (procurement/new hires/renewals/extensions) with respective stakeholders (hiring managers, architecture and production support, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement team)
  • Track/follow-up on progression of sourcing requests in internal sourcing tool
  • Review managed service, managed outcome and software sourcing requests in internal sourcing tool as Quality Controller
  • Assist in correct categorization of sourcing requests software type, professional services (managed capacity/managed outcome/software development advice)
  • Submission of approved sourcing requests into internal procurement tool
  • Track/support/facilitate/coordinate throughout sourcing process 
  • Govern prevailing sourcing situation of all software and professional commitments

Your skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint
  • Fluency in English (min. B2)
  • Strong analysis skills and detail orientation
  • Open-mindedness and team orientation
