We are looking for a go-getter Recruitment Specialist, to take a key position within Sii Sweden.

You will have freedom and responsibility for helping Sii’s growth of our consultant team in Sweden on one hand but you will be a part of a team of 70 recruiters on the other hand. We will help you improve your recruitment skills and expand your knowledge within new technologies. In the future you might become a recruitment team leader and develop your career as a manager if that is your ambition.

You will support local social media communication and recruitment marketing in close co-operation with Sii marketing and communication department.

• Sourcing of candidates using various recruitment techniques (direct search, headhunting, social media, etc.) 
• Conducting phone screenings and recruitment interviews with candidates 
• Close cooperation with Hiring Managers – taking care of recruitment needs, defining requirements, recommending the candidates 
• Maintaining Candidate Experience at the highest level during the whole recruitment process 
• Cooperation with HQ in terms of employer branding and marketing campaigns in Sweden

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in carrying out recruitment processes (experience in IT would be an asset) 
• Higher education  
• Fluent Swedish and very good English is a must 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with people easily 
• Customer-oriented and goal-oriented 
• Very good organization of work 
• Eagerness for finding new solutions and alternative sources of candidates
