• Assuring proper management of the office for branch’s employees’ needs and job candidates (taking care of the atmosphere, ensuring good impression)
• Developing relationships with prestigious clients from different sectors
• Prospecting and selling IT solutions and services
• Assuring the needs of managers within the branch (sales, PSD, service delivery managers, PMs, team leaders etc.) are met by providing fast and efficient recruitment process and HR service
• Recruiting and managing team of consulting engineers
• Controlling KPIs and financial performance
• Initiating innovative ideas to create Sii’s image on the local market according to the EB strategy

• At least 4 years of experience in B2B sales
• Experience in selling IT solutions and services
• Experience in sourcing candidates and recruitment
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Creativity and determination in achieving targets
• Openness, excellent communication skills
• Very good command of English
• University degree
