We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who will be a member of the Cloud and Delivery team managing internal or external projects. In this position, you will be responsible for project organization, scheduling, and reporting. This will include working with stakeholders to set deadlines, assign responsibilities, as well as monitor and provide updates regarding the status of projects. 

• Identify and implement the right delivery methodology for programs and projects (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban)
• Collaborate with Product Management on deliverables, scope, priorities, timelines
• Manage project resources, budgets, schedules, scopes of work, risk management, and communications plans
• Ability to identify and remove obstacles and bad practices to help the organization accelerate
• Develop and supervise required documentation

• Proven working experience in waterfall project management (required)
• Proven working experience in agile development (required)
• Working experience with supporting tools (JIRA, Confluence, Gantt Charts, Excel)
• Excellent communication skills, ability to express complex ideas effectively in English
• Demonstrated ability to improve team performance via continuous improvements
• Technical knowledge about modern IT technologies (operating systems, cloud, networks, automation, software development)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Back-end development (working in Java/C#/Python)
