For our office in Stockholm, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales and Delivery Operations Specialist who will help us take Sii Sweden to the next level. • Direct, daily support of Sii Sweden team
• Active participation in the:
  • Recruitment process of IT & engineering specialists
  • Relocation of IT specialists to Sweden
  • Support on site administration and business operations, support allocation of candidates & consultants to new projects
  • HR care of Sii Sweden team in order to create a great place to work (e.g. support in event organization)
• Co-operation with:
  • Administration and controlling department in terms of preparation of contracts, orders, reports etc.
  • Recruitment Department in terms of searching and employing the best candidates
  • Competency Center Delivery Managers and Resource Managers in terms of Sii Poland workers relocation
  • Other shared services like marketing, service desk and field support, procurement, merchandising, events, office etc.
• Maintaining professional contact with candidates and building good relationships with them
• Building great professional company image to attract prospective employees and customers

• Fluent Swedish & English
• Experience on a similar position is nice to have
