We are looking for a Junior Researcher with fluent Swedish, to become a part of Sii Gdansk recruitment team and support our new swedish branch – Sii Sweden AB. It is a subsidiary of Sii Poland – the leader of IT, engineering and consultancy services hiring over 6500 IT experts in Poland and Sweden with more than 200 prestigious customers.

• Sourcing and active acquiring of candidates by using various recruitment techniques (direct search, networking, headhunting, Boolean Search)
• Searching for new sources of candidates and testing them
• Carrying out recruitment processes for projects in IT and Engineering sectors
• Making initial selection, choosing the best applicants for a given position and conducting phone screenings with potential candidates
• Building positive relations with candidates and maintaining Candidate Experience at the highest level during whole recruitment process
• Cooperation with HQ in terms of employer branding and marketing campaigns in Sweden

• Fluent Swedish and very good English, both written and spoken, is a must
• Full-time availability
