Your role

  • Very good understanding of client’s processes, structure, and working standards
  • Being a SPOC for the Delivery Manager and other team members (architects, lead developers)
  • Responsible for the ongoing adaptation processes to the client’s needs
  • Facilitate service status meetings and routine performance reporting
  • Ensure appropriate and timely responses to client’s stakeholders and end-users
  • Responsible for service improvement and optimization
  • Ensure teams compliance with client’s internal standards, best practices, and defined KPIs
  • Facilitate creation and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base
  • Facilitate internal knowledge sharing and general collaboration within the team

Your skills
  • Excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills
  • Interpersonal, collaborative, and commitment to operational excellence skills
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and the ITIL procedures
  • Nice to have – knowledge of BI area and solutions
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • High level of soft skills, ease with dealing with customers in a multicultural environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks coming from different sites
  • Full proficiency in English
