Sii Poland is looking for a business-minded manager who will develop and manage the unit responsible for the Salesforce offering. The services provided include consulting, implementation, development and maintenance.

Salesforce Competency Center counts 100 developers and consultants and delivers services for customers from finance, automotive, healthcare, hi-tech, and retail industries.

Your role

  • Responsibility for P&L of the unit
  • Developing the company’s offering and strategy in the area of Salesforce
  • Defining marketing strategy; building Sii brand as a trustworthy solutions provider
  • Business development, involving both personal activities as well as supervising dedicated sales and presales managers
  • Supporting sales & presales activities within the organization
  • Managing delivery of services under his/her responsibility in the areas of risks, budget, quality assurance, methodology, controlling, reporting, and planning; organize & lead the work of the delivery teams
  • Developing a partnership with Salesforce
  • Recruitment, HR / Team management, People management
  • Cooperating with other company units: sales, PMO, finance, back-office, legal

Your skills
  • Ambitious Leader
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT services business
  • Experience in management of a unit responsible for providing Salesforce or competitive services
  • Practical knowledge of Salesforce or other competitive solutions
  • Experience gained in IT services provider is a must
  • Wide knowledge about IT services market, knowledge of competition and clients
  • Good sales and presales skills
  • Experience in managing programs, project portfolios, and IT services
  • Dynamic and very ambitious person, not afraid of challenges
  • Good organization of work and excellent skills to manage people
  • Positive energy, ability to energize others
  • Deep and authentic excitement about work
  • Professional approach to work, a strong sense of responsibility to the customer
  • Ability to understand customer’s problems & create solutions in response
  • Ability to sell high-level consulting services & win large deals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Drive and ambition to win & deliver contracts, strong focus on target 
  • Able to recruit top-level subordinate team; build close contact / partnership / open-minded relation with them; closely monitor subordinates’ KPI, help them perform & win
  • Fluent English proficiency
