In our continuously growing office in Stockholm, we are looking for a talented Associate Business Manager who will help us to take Sii Sweden to the next level.

You will have the opportunity to develop your account management and business development skills. You will co-operate with searchers and recruiters and be accountable for providing candidates for our customers and have the opportunity to build your own teams.

Your role

  • Recruiting and managing a team of IT engineers
  • Cooperation with the Recruitment Department in terms of employing and searching for the best candidates
  • Maintaining professional contact with candidates and building good relationships with them
  • Building great and long-term relationships with customers
  • Being responsible for achieving sales KPIs
  • Supporting implementation of effective strategies aiming at developing business and winning against competitors
  • Document administration (preparing contracts, orders, reports, etc.)
  • Building relationships with candidates and employees
  • Supporting allocation of candidates to new projects

Your skills
  • Experience in a similar position is nice to have
  • Very good English skills (minimum B2)
  • Attitude for building trust and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
  • Determination and ambition to achieve targets
  • Ability to plan and organize own workflow and team’s work, prioritize tasks, and focus on timeliness of problem-solving
  • Openness, excellent communication skills
  • Professional approach to work, a strong sense of responsibility for the customer
