We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for Sii Sweden. Joining us gives you an opportunity to not only improve your recruitment skills and expand your knowledge in new technologies through participating in internal and external trainings, but mainly to have a main impact on the consultant team growth. Sii also offers the opportunity to become a recruitment team leader in the future. Additionally, you will support EB, social media communication, and recruitment marketing.

Your role

  • Carrying out recruitment processes for projects in the IT and Engineering sectors
  • Sourcing and active acquiring of candidates, using various recruitment techniques (direct search, headhunting, Boolean Search, etc.)
  • Conducting phone screenings and recruitment interviews with candidates
  • Cooperating with managers and Sales Department on a daily basis – taking care of current recruitment needs, defining required profiles, searching for and recommending the candidates
  • Building positive relations with candidates and maintaining Candidate Experience at the highest level during the whole recruitment process
  • Taking part in the development of internal recruitment tools and finding new solutions that aim at the improvement of the recruitment process

Your skills
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in carrying out recruitment processes and/or sales
  • Preferably higher education
  • Fluent Swedish and very good English is a must
  • Knowledge and/or interest in recruitment area, EB, Marketing and Communication, IT/Engineering
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to connect with people easily, build and maintain positive relations, and identify the best candidates for a given position
  • Understanding business and being customer-oriented and goal-oriented
  • Resourcefulness, creativity, eagerness to find new solutions and alternative sources of candidates
  • Very good organization of work
  • Confidence and persistence in pursuing not only individual but also corporate goals
