As a Sales Support Assistant, you'll join the HQ structures. This department supports Sales in processes, procedural and system areas.

Your role

Keep up to date internal procedures and documents
Prepare statistics, summaries, reports, and presentations for internal use
Test new tools
Monitor the quality of data entered in the systems and take steps to improve it
Organize trainings and internal meetings
Provide support for workers, answer questions
Assist in the preparation or prepare internal documents/communication

Your skills

Good English (minimum B2 level)
Good knowledge of MS Office
Attention to details
Ability to plan and organize own work and prioritize tasks
High communication skills
Creativity
Excellent teamwork skills
Can-do attitude
